Parking is available in the Hippo and Penguin lots across from the Aquarium. General Admission guests and Silver Members pay $10. Gold Members pay $5. Platinum Members park for free. Payment can be made via cash or major credit cards at the kiosk in the Main Lobby or by scanning a ticket's QR code.

Adventure Aquarium is sensory-inclusive and offers sensory bags, weighted lap pads, designated quiet areas, and a social story via the KultureCity All-Inclusive App. Manual wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles are available for rent.
