Quick Actions
Tips & Advice
- Wear sturdy, waterproof footwear as the farm fields can become muddy, especially after rain.
- Book tickets in advance online to manage farm capacity and secure your preferred arrival time.
- Consider visiting during a weekday or the SEN-friendly morning on Oct 27th for a potentially less crowded experience.
- Check the specific date's schedule when booking, as some activities like pony rides and special performances are on selected days.
- Bring a picnic to enjoy in designated areas, but remember to take all your rubbish home with you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do adults require a ticket?
Yes, everyone in your party needs a ticket. Children under 1 year old are free. If an infant wishes to participate in the Easter Trail and receive a prize, a child's ticket must be booked.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for another time slot up to 24 hours before your visit, subject to availability.
How long can we stay?
Tickets are for an arrival time, not a departure time. You can stay as long as you like, but farm gates close at 4:30 PM for daytime events and 9 PM for evening events.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on the farm, except for registered service dogs. This is due to the farm producing edible crops and housing livestock.
Are you wheelchair friendly?
They endeavor to make the farm accessible. However, as many activities are in fields, conditions vary with weather. They recommend contacting them in advance to discuss specific needs.
