Frequently Asked Questions
Can we visit the woodland and outdoor areas before/after our specified time slot?
Yes, the woodland and outdoor areas are open from 10am-5pm, and only the indoor activity rooms have time-restricted access. You can visit the outdoor areas before and/or after your indoor session.
Can I go into the woodlands with my wheelchair/pushchair?
The main paths to the ponds and woodland amphitheatre are accessible. However, trails deeper into the woodland are not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs.
Do adults need a ticket?
Yes, for Family Days, all adults require their own ticket. For STEM Clubs, one adult is included in the ticket price, with additional tickets available.
Do you have disabled parking?
Yes. If visiting on a weekday, please book disabled parking in advance by calling or emailing. On weekends, parking is first-come, first-served.
What happens if I miss my slot, or can I just turn up on the day?
