What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Willows DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Please present this on your smart phone or device when you arrive, or make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring it with you together with some ID.
Do I have to choose a date I am going to visit?
Pre-booking your ticket will guarantee you are able to visit on your chosen date. You can also choose to walk-up and pay at Admissions if we have availability.
Do you issue refunds?
