How do I receive my ticket(s)?
Upon payment, your ticket(s) will be emailed to you. Please be prepared to show the ticket to your guide on your smartphone or bring a print out.
What if it rains?
Tours run regardless of weather. In severe storms, check email for cancellation notices. If cancelled, attendees can transfer their ticket to another date.
Are kids allowed?
Not recommended for children under 8, but parents' discretion is advised. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved pets are allowed on most tours, with the exception of the Santa Ana tour where pets are not permitted inside the Howe-Waffle Mansion.
Do you go inside buildings?
The Downtown Santa Ana tour includes the ground level of the Howe-Waffle Mansion. The Fairhaven After-Dark Cemetery tour allows entry into the Mausoleum.
