Frequently Asked Questions
What does my admission ticket include?
Admission includes all rides, live shows, attractions, Wildwater Kingdom water park, and Planet Snoopy. Haunted mazes require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and beverages into the park?
Only one factory-sealed bottle of water per person is allowed. Exceptions are made for guests with special dietary needs (food allergies, baby food/formula) with approval from Guest Services or Park Security.
What happens if it rains during my visit?
Most rides and attractions remain open during rain. Some attractions may close temporarily and reopen when safe. Admission tickets are non-refundable. A weather guarantee may reactivate your ticket for a future visit if major rides are delayed for 90 consecutive minutes.
What should I wear to the event?
Shirts, shoes, and shorts are required at all times. For Halloween Haunt, no costumes, Halloween makeup, or masks are permitted. Proper swimming attire is required for Wildwater Kingdom.
Are there any special passes for the haunted mazes?
Yes, a Haunted Attractions Pass is required to access the haunted mazes during Halloween Haunt. This can be purchased as a nightly option or an All Season add-on.
