Limited handicap parking is available on-site. Monitored parking lots are located at Adjectives Market & Green Hills Plaza (1140 & 1200 E. Altamonte Dr). A free shuttle service, the Terror Trolley, is provided from the parking lots.

What are your hours of operation?
Gates and ticket booth open at 7:00 PM. Ticket booth closes at 10:00 PM on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and 10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays (10:00 PM on the last Saturday).
Where do I park?
Park at Adjectives Market & Green Hills Plaza (1140 & 1200 E. Altamonte Dr). Take the free Terror Trolley shuttle service to the event. No on-site parking except for limited handicap spots. Do not park at Lecherona's or Wawa.
How does the Fast Pass system work?
All trail tickets receive a color stamp. Your color denotes your queue grouping. Once your color is called, you can enter any of the three trails. For your next two trails, you will use the Fast Pass line.
Do the monsters touch you?
No, not intentionally, with the exception of special event nights like Total Eclipse & Blood Moon.
Is there a dress code?
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for walking in the woods. Avoid heels and open-toed footwear. No Halloween masks, toy weapons, or oversized costumes are permitted.
