Frightening 4K
Participants dress up in Halloween costumes for an out-and-back 4K run and walk starting from the courtyard of the Hotel Captain Cook down toward Ship Creek. Trick-or-treat stations along the route offer candy and spooky decor for runners and walkers. Before crossing the starting line, participants can show off their creative looks in an on-stage costume contest with prizes for top individuals and groups.
