The Haunted Trail at Adventure Center of Asheville offers an outdoor theatrical experience for ages 3-12 with 18 live-action scenes, lights, and sounds. Themed areas include Alien Landing and Haunted Pumpkin Patch. A 'Sweet Peek Tour' is available. The Aerial Glow Trail and Pirate Ship Escape Room can be added. Food and drinks are available onsite.

Is it kid/family friendly?
Yes! It is created for kids age 3-12, with no blood and gore. All scenes have a barrier and nothing will touch or chase you.
What time should I get there?
Doors open at 6:00 PM in the Festival Area. The Haunted Trail 'Sweet Peak' is at 6:30 PM (no actors). The Haunted Trail with actors is open from 7-9 PM. All trails close at 9 PM. Plan time for parking, check-in, and waivers.
What is there to do other than The Haunted Trail?
There's a festival area with a Pirate Ship Escape Room, giant games, a kids' play area, crafts, contests, and food/drink vendors. The Aerial Glow Trail is also available.
May I bring our own food & beverages?
Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought in after 5 PM.
