Cavendish Restaurant opens: 5.00pm; gates open and entertainment: 6.00pm; bonfire lighting: 6.45pm; children's firework display: 7.45pm; grand finale firework display: 8.30pm; entertainment finishes: 9.15pm. The restaurant is open between 5pm and 7pm.
