This unique train ride travels through the scenic San Diego County back country on decorated vintage railcars along the historic San Diego and Arizona Railway. Where does the train depart from?
All train excursions depart from the historic Campo Depot located at 750 Depot Street, Campo, CA 91906.
What if I miss my scheduled departure time?
We will do our best to accommodate you on the next scheduled departure, subject to availability. However, during special events, it's unlikely you'll be accommodated. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ensure you don't miss your train. All sales are final.
Are restrooms available on the train?
Due to the historic nature of the trains, there are no restrooms aboard. ADA compliant restrooms are available in the Depot area and the museum’s Exhibit Hall.
Are pets allowed on the train?
No dogs are allowed on the trains. However, well-behaved, friendly, leashed dogs are welcome on museum grounds. Service animals are permitted on trains as needed.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final. Refunds are not given for illness, missed trains, emergencies, or weather. Rescheduling is accommodated once at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
