Tips & Advice
- Purchase tickets online in advance to secure your desired date and time slot, as on-site tickets are limited and may sell out.
- Arrive early, especially on peak nights (Saturdays in October), as wait times can be significant, even with timed ticketing.
- Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes, as the factory has no heating or air conditioning and the terrain can be uneven.
- Minors aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone aged 21 or older. The chaperone does not need a ticket but must be present on FOT property.
- Consider purchasing ticket insurance online for $4.95 per ticket if there's a chance you might not be able to attend, as refunds are otherwise not offered.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the chaperone policy for minors?
Minors aged 15 and younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old and has a valid government-issued photo ID. One chaperone can accompany up to six minors. The chaperone must be present on FOT property at all times.
Can I bring a bag or backpack?
Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are not permitted. Small purses (smaller than 4.5" x 6.5") are allowed and subject to security screening. Bags for medical purposes are exempt from size restrictions but will be screened.
What happens if I get too scared inside?
If you become too scared, inform an actor or show manager, and they will escort you out. Refunds are not provided, but ticket insurance may be an option if purchased at the time of sale.
Is there a separate ticket needed for the bars?
No, a 'Bars Only' ticket is not required if you have a 'Full Experience' admission. All ticket holders (21+ for some bars) have access to the themed bars. 'Bars Only' tickets are available on Fridays and Saturdays for those who wish to enjoy the atmosphere without the scares.
Can I take photos or videos inside the haunted houses?
Photography and videography are prohibited inside the haunted houses to preserve the scares. However, you are welcome to take photos and videos in queue lines, common areas, bars, and the exit merchandise area.
