Visitors navigate an open-concept haunted attraction featuring four distinct haunted houses and an interactive woods walkthrough that can be experienced in any order. The attraction immerses guests in dark corridors, theatrical fog, strobe lighting, and live actor encounters. Ticket prices vary by day and time Online transactions have a $1.95 ticketing fee, and a 3% Canton City Admissions Tax applies online and on-site. On-site ticket purchases cost $5 more. Full Experience includes all haunted attractions and access to themed bars open that night; drinks cost extra. VIP Full Experience includes admission to all haunted attractions and access to all bars; drinks cost extra. Youth Full Experience is for ages 16 and under, Sundays only, must be purchased with adult admission, and allows up to four kids’ Sunday admissions per adult admission. Bars Only is not available Sundays, is available on other open days in the 2026 season, and excludes haunted-house admission; beverages cost extra. VIP Immediate Access is on-site only and has limited quantities per time slot. Ticket insurance is online only and adds $4.95 per ticket. Group rates are for groups of 20 or more; group tickets are not available online. Haunted Ohio Season Passes cost $168.87 online or $164.80 on-site and include Factory of Terror and the Akron Haunted Schoolhouse and Laboratory. First responders/safety officers receive $5 off on-site with qualifying identification, valid any day and only on their own ticket. The birthday guest gets free admission on their actual birthday with valid ID, plus a free VIP Fast Pass upgrade.

Fridays and Saturdays (September–October): 7 PM–11:30 PM; Sundays: 6 PM–8:30 PM; Adults Night Thursday 10/29: 6 PM–8:30 PM. On Saturday 11/7 and Friday 11/13, doors close at 10:30 PM and the box office closes at 10 PM. The box office closes 1 hour before doors.

There is no age limit. However, due to the intensity of our show, it is not recommended for children under the age of 12.

Parking
General parking is in the Red and Green lots; Friday and Saturday parking there costs $5 cash or $6 credit, and it is free on Sundays. Handicapped parking is available in the Green Lot for the same price. The Purple Lot is free all days and is a short 5-minute walk away. The Blue Lot is reserved and handicapped parking only; reserved parking costs $21.58 online or $20 on-site, with $1 added for on-site credit transactions. Reserved parking quantities are limited.
