How can I book an arrival time slot if I don't have internet access?
Those without internet access can phone 01653 648621 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) to book their arrival time slot. Tickets may also be available at the Ticket Office upon arrival, subject to availability.
What happens if I am late for my arrival time slot?
If you are late or early, your booking barcode will still work, so there is no need to re-book. Please check public opening times if you have concerns.
Are bikes and ball games allowed in the grounds?
Bikes and scooters are not permitted, except for balance bikes for under 5s. Ball games are only allowed on the North Front space with small children; no team or adult ball games are permitted.
