Frequently Asked Questions
How do the drink vouchers work?
Three vouchers are attached to your event badge and can be torn off to redeem designated items at specific participating locations during set time windows.
Is there a set schedule or required order of bars?
No, it is a make-your-own-adventure format without a fixed order or agenda, allowing crawlers to move freely between participating bars.
Can someone else check in on my behalf?
Yes, a friend can check you in during the designated check-in window if you provide them with a screenshot of your ticket QR code.
Do names on group tickets need to match each attendee?
No, staff only scan the QR codes at check-in, so ticket names do not need to match the person using them.
What perks are included with a ticket?
Tickets include free cover at all crawl venues, drink vouchers, crawler-only specials, a party cup, a bottle opener lanyard, professional photos, and entry to mid and after parties.
