What is the refund or cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled. In case of bad weather, the show will go on if the artist is able to perform. If a show is canceled, the website will be updated regarding rescheduling or refunds.

What are the age restrictions for attending shows?

Unless otherwise posted, The Southern is all-ages. Guardians are suggested for patrons under 14. Children 3 and under may not need a ticket if parents have general admission, but must have their own ticket for reserved seating. Ear protection is recommended for young children.

The Café/Bar accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The Box Office for advance ticket purchases only accepts credit/debit. For day-of-show purchases, the Box Office accepts cash and credit/debit. ATMs are available nearby.

Prohibited items include firearms, pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drinks, utility tools, laser pens, vape pens, fireworks, glass, backpacks, large bags, or anything considered dangerous. Purses and bags may be searched.

Can I re-enter the venue if I leave?

In most cases, re-entry is allowed. A wristband is typically required for re-entry, and keeping your ticket stub handy is encouraged. You can move freely between the Café and the venue with a wristband. Smoking is not permitted inside, but re-entry allows for smoking outside.
