When is the full refund scratch deadline?
The full, 100% refund scratch deadline is the standard entry deadline for the competition you are entering. Deadline dates are listed on each individual event page on the USA Competitions website.
How do I change a meet entry after it has been processed?
Make changes via USA Gymnastics’ Meet Reservations. Once Meet Reservations closes, contact info@usacompetitions.com directly to make changes. After an event’s injury refund deadline passes, roster changes and substitutions will no longer be processed.
How does Team competition work?
Team competition is voluntary and awarded by level every session. A minimum of 3 athletes at the level you wish to enter is required. Top five teams are awarded.
When will the event weekend final schedule be communicated?
The finalized schedule and information link will be posted online on each event’s webpage. A notice of the posting will be emailed to participating clubs.
How soon should we book our hotel reservations?
It is encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as host hotel information links are posted on the event webpage, as room blocks often fill before the cutoff date.
