Parking
On-site parking is available and can be pre-booked during ticket checkout. Vehicles are parked at your own risk and cannot be left overnight. Large vehicles, trailers, motorhomes, and caravans are prohibited.
Accessibility
Wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility can access the hub, Diabolus: Visum Mortis, Scare Zones, and Friargate Foundry. Other attractions may be difficult to navigate. Actors may use latex in makeup, masks, and prosthetics.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the opening times and entry procedures?
The park opens at 6:30 PM with last entry by 9:30 PM and closes at 11:00 PM. You must enter during your selected half-hour time slot, but can stay until closing.
Can actors touch me, and can I touch them?
The actors will touch you but will not harm you. Guests must not touch the actors.
What is the policy on photos and videos?
No cameras are allowed inside the scare attractions, and mobile phones must be switched off. Photos and videos are permitted when not inside a scare attraction.
Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?
Tickets can be changed to another available date up to 48 hours before your booked entry time via the ticketing system. All tickets are non-refundable.
What should I do if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?
Due to the intense nature of the event, including strobe lighting, fog, and close proximity to actors, individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, PTSD, severe anxiety) or who are pregnant are advised not to enter.
