Who needs a ticket to enter the Pumpkin Patch?
Everyone needs a ticket except children under 2 years old, on-duty carers, and dogs. Carers do not need to pre-book but must enter with a ticket holder and may need to show identification.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the Pumpkin Patch and designated outdoor areas. Please clean up after them. Dogs are not allowed inside the Farm Shop, Cafe, Chip Shop, Playbarn, or Farm Park.
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather and the terrain. Wellington boots and waterproofs are recommended as the field can get muddy. Avoid wearing your best shoes.
Can I swap or get a refund for my ticket?
No, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another day. However, you are welcome to give your tickets to someone else if you cannot attend.
What if it rains?
The event proceeds in most weather conditions. Bring rain gear and wellies. There are undercover areas for carving and eating. No refunds or transfers will be issued if you choose not to attend due to rain.
