HoBOOken 5K Race - USATF Certified Course

When and where do the in-person races occur?
Both the 5K and Kids' Scary Scurry races start at Pier A, 100 Sinatra Ave in Hoboken, NJ on Saturday, October 25, 2025. The 5K starts at 10 am, and the Scary Scurry starts at 11 am.
Can I run with a stroller or my pet?
Strollers are permitted but must start at the back of the main group. Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome if you contact the organizers by October 15th.
What if the weather is bad?
The race follows guidance from the City of Hoboken for safe running conditions. If cancelled due to weather, participants will be notified via email or social media. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. The Kids' race may have more sudden adjustments due to weather.
Can I get a refund or transfer my registration?
Race fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to next year. You can change your event from in-person to virtual or transfer your registration to another participant, though fees may apply. Race insurance is recommended.
How do I get to the race from Manhattan?
Take the PATH train to Hoboken Terminal, or a ferry from Manhattan's West Side. NJ Transit buses and rideshare services are also options. Allow at least 45 minutes to arrive before the race start.
