What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are issued if notified at least 10 business days before the arrival date. Cancellations within 10 business days require documented proof of illness or emergency for a refund. Events canceled by staff will result in a full refund.

Cancellations may occur due to sustained winds of 20+ mph, wind gusts of 25+ mph, temperatures of 42°F or below for extended periods, significant precipitation, high heat index, or severe weather watches/warnings.
