What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 5 minutes past the posted start time, you may miss the introductory safety and process demonstration, which could prevent you from participating. Late arrivals may forfeit their ticket value.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
If Glass Arts Indiana decides to hold your ticket value due to illness or family emergency, it will only be held for 4 months from the event date. No dollar value will be carried beyond this timeframe.
