What is the cancellation or refund policy?
If Glass Arts Indiana decides to hold your ticket value due to illness or a family emergency, this value will only be held for 4 months from the event date. No dollar value will be carried beyond this time frame.
What happens if I arrive late?
Instructors will start no later than 5 minutes after the posted start time. If you miss the introductory safety and process demonstration due to lateness, GAI staff may determine you cannot participate, and no refund or ticket value will be honored.
When will my glass creation be ready for pickup?
Your glass creation will be ready for pickup the following business day, typically between 12 PM and closing time, Tuesday through Sunday.
What should I wear to the workshop?
