Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. On busy days, guests may be directed to the South Lot on Harding Street where a shuttle service is available. Members park for free, nonmembers pay $10, and large vehicles are $20. Special event parking costs are higher. Electric vehicle charging stations are available for a nominal fee.

ZooBoo runs from September 24 to November 2, Wednesdays through Sundays. Hours are 2-7pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and 2-9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. A special all-day event is held on Halloween (October 31) from 9am-9pm.
Is trick-or-treating available?
Yes, children can collect goodies at eight treat stations located in the Plains area. Costumes are encouraged, and children 12 and under can wear masks. The Plains area is decorated as a celebration of Dia de los Muertos.
What food and drinks can I expect?
A variety of food and drinks are available along the ZooBoo Foodie Trail, including specialty coffees, flavored whiskey mixes, and local wines. Each location offers different seasonal menu items.
Are there any sensory-inclusive days?
Yes, sensory-inclusive days are scheduled for October 15 and October 29. During these times, music will be at low levels or off, lights will remain on for the Dolphin presentation with reduced sound, and quiet rooms will be available.
What is the policy on masks and face paint?
To avoid scaring younger guests, adults in full face paint or masks are not allowed. Anyone over the age of 12 will be asked to remove face paint before entering the Zoo. Children 12 and under are permitted to wear masks or full face paint.
