- Double-check your GPS route on the day of the event, as the Factory Arts District is an old factory with a one-way street.
- Your glass creation will be ready for pickup the following business day, Tuesday-Sunday, between 12 PM and closing.

No, your glass creation will need to cool down slowly and will be available for pickup the following business day, Tuesday through Sunday, between 12 PM and closing.

Instructors start promptly 5 minutes after the posted start time. Arriving late may cause you to miss essential safety demonstrations, potentially forfeiting your ticket without refund.
