What is the cancellation policy?
If GAI decides to hold your ticket value due to illness or a family emergency, this value will only be held for 4 months from the event date. No dollar value will be carried beyond this time frame.
What happens if I arrive late?
Instructors will start no later than 5 minutes after the posted start time. If you miss the introductory safety and process demonstration due to lateness, you may forfeit your ticket/place in the class without refund.
