Frequently Asked Questions
Are dogs permitted on the ship?
Only specially-trained service dogs are permitted. Service animals must be trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability. Emotional support animals are not permitted nor protected under ADA.
Can I bring my own food on board?
The M/S Mount Washington has a restaurant on board, and therefore does not allow outside food and beverage to be brought on board, with the exception of celebration cakes which they do not offer. If there is a dietary restriction or reason you may need to bring your own food, please contact their Ticket Office before you arrive for your cruise.
Can I bring a stroller on board?
Absolutely. However, they do ask that strollers remain on the Main Deck and are not carried to the upper decks. If the child does not require the use of the stroller while on board, please speak with a member of their deck crew and they can store it for you.
Are group discounts available?
Yes, they offer group discounts for parties of 20 or more with an advance reservation. Please contact their Ticket Office to speak with a group sales representative.
What is the refund or exchange policy?
All tickets are non-refundable, with rare exceptions for cruises canceled by the company. Exchanges are possible with 48 hours advance notice and may incur additional service fees. Unused tickets may be eligible for 50% of their value towards future cruises.
