When is the payment deadline for teams?

All NCS Baseball tournaments are first pay/first play. Your entry is not complete until the team entry fee is paid, and divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline.

What are the pitching rules?

This tournament does not have any pitching count limitations.

What happens in case of rain or weather cancellations?

In the event of rain/weather or any act of God canceling the entire tournament, teams will be issued a credit towards a future NCS Southwest tournament. Partial credit may be issued if the tournament is canceled mid-event.

Can teams bring their own food and coolers?

Yes, all food and drinks are allowed at all venues.

What are the age eligibility rules?

All baseball tournaments use the May 1 age cutoff date. A player's age is determined as of April 30th. Players may play up, but not down, in age (no more than two age divisions up).
