When are the team entry fees due?
All NCS Baseball tournaments are first pay/first play. Your entry is not complete until the team entry fee is paid, and divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline.
What is the player age eligibility cutoff?
All Baseball Tournaments age divisions up to 18U use the May 1 age cutoff date. Determine your team's age by your oldest player's age as of April 30th.
What happens in case of rain or weather cancellations?
In the event of a full tournament cancellation due to weather, teams will receive a credit towards a future NCS Southwest tournament. Partial credit may be issued if the tournament is canceled mid-event.
Can teams bring their own baseballs?
No, NCS provides baseballs to umpires for every game.
What is the policy on outside food and coolers?
Yes, all food and drinks are allowed at all venues.
