- Parking: There are two car parks at Golden Acre Park: Otley Road and Arthington Road. For the Frightmare Trail, use the Otley Road car park.
- Accessibility: If you have mobility issues, please let them know when you arrive. The majority of the Trail follows the park path, however there are certain parts where a steward will guide you to an alternate accessible route.
- Pets: No pets allowed

Yes, this is a ticketed event. Tickets are £12 for adults and £9 for teens (16 and under). This event will sell out, so tickets will not be available on the door.

Yes, you will be prompted to choose a half-hour time slot when purchasing tickets. You can arrive at the check-in gate any time within this half-hour slot.
