Tips & Advice
- Purchase Fast Pass or Front of the Line tickets online in advance, especially for weekend visits, to significantly reduce your wait time.
- Be prepared for an 'extreme' haunt; actors may touch you, and there is vulgar language and grotesque suggestions. If this is not your preference, consider other attractions.
- If you become too scared inside, inform an actor immediately, and they will escort you out safely.
- Arrive earlier in the evening, ideally before 10 PM, to avoid the busiest crowds and longest wait times.
- Understand that tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including weather issues or personal conflicts; plan your visit accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be touched during the haunt?
Yes, it is possible. The haunt is designed as an interactive 'touch haunt,' and actors are trained to push limits. If you cannot handle this possibility, it is advised not to attend.
What is the age requirement?
The Haunted Hotel is an extreme haunt recommended for ages 13 and up. Minors cannot enter unaccompanied and must have someone 18 or older with them.
Are there refunds if I get too scared or can't attend?
No, absolutely no refunds are offered for any reason, including weather or personal issues. Tickets are valid for any open show date.
How does the timed ticketing system work?
You select a date and time window for your visit when purchasing tickets online. This helps spread guests out, though waits of 60 minutes or more can still occur within the building.
Can I bring my phone or a flashlight inside?
