Our ticket system is all digital. You will need your cell phone (make sure it’s charged) and provide a valid text number for your tickets. If you have limited data, please use another phone number for tickets. Or, purchase online and they will be emailed to you.
Is your attraction handicap accessible?
No, our attractions are on the 2nd and 3rd levels and are not handicap accessible. Haunt The Maze where Spook Haven & Pine Creed Seed Farm come together is wheelchair accessible.
What can’t we bring with us to the attraction?
No pets, weapons, alcoholic beverages, costumes, cameras, handbags, vape items, lighters, or pocket knives.
Do you use fog, strobe lights, and other special effects that might bother my allergies, heart condition, etc?
Yes, all the above. If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, etc., this attraction is not recommended for you. We have the right to refuse entry to a customer.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
No. Haunted houses are dark and everyone, especially the actors, gets adjusted to the low light. When you flash your camera, you’re not only ruining other customers’ experience, but you are hurting the actors’/customers’ eyes.
