Garden Artists: Cornhusk Scarecrows
Participants decorate their own corn husk scarecrow and plant vegetable seeds to grow a companion garden for it. The nature education activity is designed for children to complete with significant adult assistance. For non-members, tickets also include daytime garden admission to explore the grounds.

NBG members: $14 per child; adult members may attend free with a registered child. Not-yet members: $22 per child and $10 per adult. Class tickets must be purchased for both children and adults and include daytime admission to NBG. Adult tickets do not include the activity; adults who wish to participate must register a child ticket. Children under 3 do not need a ticket unless participating, but participating children under 3 must have a registered ticket. All attending adults and children need registered tickets, including free adult member tickets.
