Quick Actions
Tips & Advice
- Arrive early, especially if you have standard tickets, as entry is from 6 PM and last entry is 9 PM, with attractions closing between 10:30 PM and 11 PM.
- Consider purchasing Fast Track or VIP tickets to bypass queues, as the event can sell out and queues may be long for popular haunts.
- Dress in layers and wear comfortable, flat shoes suitable for outdoor walking and potentially uneven terrain, as much of the park is exposed to the elements.
- Be aware of the event's intense nature; it's not recommended for those sensitive to strobe lights, loud noises, sudden scares, dark spaces, or claustrophobic environments.
- Check the website for specific haunt themes and descriptions to prepare yourself for the types of scares you might encounter.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the different ticket options available?
They offer All Haunts tickets for standard entry to all six haunts, Fast Track tickets for one skip-the-queue pass per haunt, VIP tickets for unlimited fast-track entry and a free drink, and the new Super VIP tickets which include unlimited fast-track entry, food and drink options, merchandise, and access to additional rides.
Is PrimEvil suitable for children?
PrimEvil is recommended for adults and those aged 12 and above. Children aged 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. The event is very scary and not recommended for those easily offended by loud noises, actors, or dark themes.
What happens if it rains?
Four of the attractions are indoors, but queuing areas and the rest of the park are outdoors. Route 666 is an outdoor attraction. Visitors should dress appropriately for the weather as they will be exposed to the elements.
Are there food and drink options available?
Yes, they feature a variety of local street food vendors and a licensed bar serving beer, wine, and spirits. Reusable cups are used and come at an additional cost.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
None of the haunts are wheelchair accessible. While walkways are generally hard-surfaced, some paths are in natural woodland, and the park is partly located on a hillside with steep slopes. An Essential Companion ticket is available for those requiring significant assistance.
