What times do the tours start?
Scheduled tours are available in the morning at 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM, and in the afternoon at 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Private or group tours can accommodate custom start times.
Does the tour include entrance to colleges?
Morning scheduled tours do not include college entrance. Afternoon tours may include a college visit, but this is not guaranteed as colleges can close at short notice. Private tours can arrange college visits subject to availability.
Where is the meeting point?
For all scheduled tours, the meeting point is outside the Cool Britannia gift shop on the corner of Broad Street and Turl Street (OX1 3DH). For group and private tours, a convenient meeting point will be arranged.
What if I am running late?
Please allow plenty of time to reach the meeting point. If you are running late, email officialtours@experienceoxfordshire.org or call the office. The guide will attempt to contact you and may wait up to 5 minutes.
Are tours accessible?
Yes, the tours are wheelchair accessible. Please inform them in advance of any mobility issues. Assistance dogs are welcome, but other pets are not permitted.
