Frequently Asked Questions
What is the policy for severe weather?
The tour operates rain or shine because the first half takes place indoors at Robbins House Museum and the trolley is roofed. If severe weather prevents the trolley tour from running, ticket holders may be offered another date if tickets are available.
Can tickets be refunded or rescheduled?
Tickets can be rescheduled for a future date and time up to 12 hours before the tour. Cancellations that are not rescheduled are non-refundable, and no changes can be made less than 12 hours in advance.
How are weather cancellation decisions handled?
Decisions are made in real time at the event based on recommendations from the National Weather Service. Each nightly tour is evaluated separately, so a delay or cancellation of one tour does not necessarily cancel subsequent tours.
