Attendees should expect over 30 minutes of continuous walking, including multiple staircases. The experience features strobe lights, fog, darkness, loud noises, and startle scares. A spinning vortex tunnel and an outdoor exit area are also present. Those with medical conditions that could be affected should not attend.
Can I record or take photos inside the haunted house?
Recording devices and photos are permitted in the queue line up to the first staircase. After that point, recording is prohibited until exiting through the backyard gate to avoid disrupting the experience for others and actors.
What items are not allowed inside?
For safety, guns, knives, cutters, vapes, lighters, e-cigarettes, backpacks, and bags are not permitted. A metal detector and wand are used at the entrance, and pockets/purses may be checked. Any item deemed a safety concern must be returned to your car.
Do the actors touch or grab customers?
Actors' contact with customers is unintentional, for assistance, or during photo opportunities. Customers are strictly prohibited from intentionally touching the staff.
What if I need to leave because it's too intense?
Yes, you can leave at any time by approaching an actor or staff member and requesting to exit. You will be escorted out as quickly as possible. No refunds are provided if you choose to leave or are asked to leave.
