Parking lots are located at: 3920 Marian Harland Lane (best if coming from the East), Powhatan Elementary: 4111 Old Buckingham Road (best if coming from the West), War Memorial Building: 2375 Skaggs Road, Powhatan United Methodist Church: 2253 Rosson Road. Handicap Parking is available at 3910 Old Buckingham Road (Powhatan Village Building) and 3908 Old Buckingham Road (Human Services Building).
