The ticketing office, located at Impérial Bell, is open on event days starting at 4 PM, with closing times varying based on attendance. Phone support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4 PM.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online ticketing accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. In-person at Impérial Bell, the bar, and the cloakroom, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and cash are accepted. Prepaid cards and AMEX/Diner's Club are not accepted.
