Can I bring my pet?
No pets are allowed on the grounds of Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, with the exception of Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals.
What are the operating hours?
From May 1 to Labor Day, the hours are 10 AM to 6 PM daily. From the day after Labor Day to April 30, the hours are 10 AM to 4 PM daily. Some exhibits may be closed during inclement weather.
What is the cost of admission?
Como Zoo and Marjorie McNeely Conservatory are free to enter. Visitors are encouraged to make a voluntary donation of $4 for adults and $2 for children to help care for the plants and animals. Parking is also free.
What is the photography policy?
Candid photography is permitted, but tripods are not allowed in the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory. Posed photography requires a permit, which is not being issued during public hours at this time. Private photo sessions can be booked outside of public hours.
