5K participants receive IPICO chip timing, a finisher's medal, awards for top finishers and age groups, access to an aid station, and post-race food and beverages. Race shirts are available for an additional $7.
What is included with the Kids Run registration?
All Lil' Monsters' Kids Run participants will receive a shirt and a Lil' Monster medal.
When and where is packet pickup?
Packet pickup is on Friday, October 24th from 2-6 PM at The Running Well Store, 200 E 135th Street, KCMO. Leftovers will also be available on race morning at the race site starting at 7 AM.
What are the age groups for awards?
Awards are given to the top overall male and female, top masters male and female, and to the first, second, and third place males and females in various age groups ranging from 10 & under to 80+.
What is the charity partner for this event?
The Monster Dash 5K proudly partners with Newhouse, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence by providing support and resources to women and children.
