- Parking: Mayflower Theatre does not have its own parking. West Park Road (SO15 1FZ) and Grosvenor Square (SO15 2BE) are large multi-storey car parks within 5 minutes walk. Southbrook Road and Commercial Road offer limited on-road parking. One space is available directly opposite the theatre for blue badge holders.
- Accessibility: Street level access to foyer & Box Office through the main entrance on Commercial Road. Street level access to Auditorium (stalls and circle) through the accessible entrance to the right of the Theatre.

What should I do if I can't make the show?
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless Ticket Protection was purchased. Exchanges to another date of the same performance may be possible with a handling fee. Mayflower Memberships offer refunds up to 7 days prior to the performance.

Tickets are sent by email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received them or have lost them, please email comments@mayflower.org.uk and they can be resent.
Can adults accompany children on the tour?
No, this tour is exclusively for children aged 7-11 years. Adults will not be permitted to accompany children on the tour.
What are the Box Office opening times?
The Box Office team is available by phone from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10am – 4pm, and Thursday: 10am – 3pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
