- Parking: Plenty of free parking and lots of disabled parking bays close to the entrance of the farm.
- Accessibility: A large majority of the park is accessible for all, with wide flat areas undercover in our main barns and animal barns and many easily accessible areas outside. Plenty of disabled parking is available and there are disabled toilets too. The tractor and trailer ride is also accessible to wheelchairs. Wheelchairs can be borrowed by phoning ahead to reserve one.
- Pets: Dogs are not allowed in the farm park, but are permitted in the outdoor area of the Tearooms if supervised. Do not leave dogs in cars.

- Arrive any time from your booked entry time onwards; you don't need to arrive precisely at the selected time.
