Visitors can wander through Washington Park to view hundreds of glowing, hand-carved jack-o'-lanterns illuminated against the Thomas Rees Memorial Carillon tower. The pathway also includes Scarecrow Row, featuring quirky, creepy, and colorful displays created by local groups and businesses. Throughout the event, guests can experience live carillon music, special lighting, spooky sound effects, food vendors, and the Tree of Lights.
