Free parking is available in lots on Edwards Street and on State Street across from the City Library. Accessible parking is located in the Edwards St. lots and the lot next to the G.W.V. Smith Art Museum. EV charging stations are available in the Edwards Street lot.

Costumes must be family-friendly, not obstructive, offensive, or violent. They cannot include props resembling weapons, long sharp objects, or elements that drag on the ground. Masks are not permitted; headwear is allowed if it doesn't cover the face. Balloons and glitter are also prohibited.
Is there a specific time for trick-or-treating?
Trick-or-treating takes place from 11 am to 3 pm throughout all museums, while supplies last. There are 10 stations, offering 2 pieces of candy per person per station.
What if I forget my costume or want to add to it?
Face painting is available from 10 am to 2 pm on the Quadrangle Green (rain location: Habitat Hall, Springfield Science Museum) to help you celebrate in style. Line closes at 1:30 pm.
Can I bring food and drinks into the museums?
Food or drink is not allowed inside the museum galleries. However, there are cafes available on-site.
