Parking
Parking is free for all Storrowton Village Museum programs. Please pull in to Gate 1 and let the security guard know you’re going to the Museum and they’ll wave you through. Parking is located on the Avenue of States.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, only two of Storrowton Village's buildings are wheelchair accessible: the Meeting House and the Blacksmith Shop. Contact storrow@thebige.com to discuss access needs.

- Arrive at the Union Meeting House between 6:15-6:25 PM to check in promptly for the 6:30 PM tour start.
- Wear comfortable, sensible shoes and dress in layers, as the tours involve walking and can be chilly in the evenings.
- Consider dining at the Storrowton Tavern before your tour, but aim for a reservation no later than 5 PM to allow ample time.
- If you purchased tickets separately but wish to be grouped with friends, email or call ahead to make arrangements.
- Photography is permitted on certain parts of the tour, but video recording is not allowed.

What is the refund policy if I can no longer attend?
Refunds are not offered, but tickets can be honored as credit toward future events within one year of the original ticket date if you contact them prior to the tour start.
How long does the Ghost Tour last?
The program is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours long, including an introduction video and guided tours of the buildings.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, only the Meeting House and Blacksmith Shop are wheelchair accessible. Contact them to discuss specific access needs.
Can I bring my own flashlight?
Flashlights are provided, except on Family Night (October 9th) when participants make their own lanterns. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
