Meet at Florida Water Tours, 107 Yacht Club Dr., St. Augustine, FL 32084, at Camachee Cove Marina. Boarding is at the boat (Dock A-19 for Osprey, Dock A-23 for Island Breeze) 15 minutes prior to departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds are given for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a 50% fee. Trips canceled by Florida Water Tours due to weather are fully refundable or can be rescheduled.
Can I bring my kids?
This cruise is geared towards adults and teens aged 13 and older. For family-oriented daytime tours, all ages are welcome.
Can I bring alcohol?
Alcoholic beverages are sold on board the Osprey (21+). The Island Breeze allows BYOB, and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase in the marina shop.
What happens if I miss the boat?
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. No refunds are offered if you miss the boat. Rescheduling is possible with a fee if done within 48 hours of the cruise.
