  • Parking: Parking is available in the PNE's secure, well-lit lots. Lots are located at the corner of Windermere and Hastings across from the entrance. Additional parking is available at gate 9 off Bridgeway Street. Parking costs $15.00 and accepts cash, credit, and debit.
  • Accessibility: Accessible washrooms are provided at the north end of the midway games line location. Universal/single user washrooms are located southwest of the Enterprise ride and the Flume ride. Wheelchair rentals are available at guest services. Access2 card holders receive one complimentary admission for their attendant/caregiver and expedited line access.
  • Pets: No pets allowed

  • Arrive early, especially on weekends, as wait times for attractions and entrance lines can exceed an hour.
  • Consider purchasing a Rapid Pass add-on for one-time access to the express lines of haunted houses and select rides.
  • Fright Nights is not recommended for children under 13, guests sensitive to strobe lighting, fog effects, or those with high blood pressure or who are pregnant.
  • Bags larger than 8.5x11 inches are not permitted and require a mandatory bag check for $10.

Are costumes and cosplay allowed?

No, costumes, masks, and identity-concealing face paint are prohibited for safety and security reasons. Themed t-shirts and outerwear are acceptable, but professional cosplay attire is not permitted.

What is included with admission?

Admission includes access to 7 haunted houses, over 15 rides, live performances, and roaming entertainment. However, access to all houses and rides is not guaranteed.

What is the policy on cannabis?

Smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted in public park areas. Guests cannot bring substances that cause intoxication, with exceptions for prescribed medical cannabis (oils/capsules only, with documentation).
