- Parking: The Royal BC Museum does not operate its own parking lot. Several privately run lots and street parking are available nearby. A short-term drop-off zone for people with disabilities is on Belleville Street, with longer-term accessible parking at the rear of the museum off Superior Street in a Westpark pay-parking lot.
- Accessibility: The Royal BC Museum welcomes trained service dogs. Six access ramps are available outside the building. Transport-style wheelchairs are available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis. All floors are accessible by elevator, and wheelchair-accessible washrooms are located on every floor. Some areas on the third floor and larger scooters may have maneuverability limitations.
