Revelers fill a one-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard to showcase elaborate costumes and celebrate Halloween. The open-air festival features a stage with live DJ performances as well as a variety of food trucks. Businesses, restaurants, and entertainment venues along the route also join in the festivities.

Numerous nearby streets and some access points will also be closed.
