How scary is it and are kids okay?
Our Michigan haunted houses are very scary and designed for teens and adults. While there's no hard age limit, children under 13 usually find it too intense, and the attraction is not toned down. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
What is the policy on rescheduling tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to any open night for a $5 per-order fee up to 24 hours before your original date. You can manage your tickets online.
Can I wear a costume or mask?
Feel free to dress up, but full face masks, weapon props, or gore makeup that could be mistaken for our actors are not allowed. Security has the final say.
What should I wear to the event?
Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dusty. High heels, sandals, and long dangly jewelry aren’t allowed for safety reasons. Outside food or drink is not permitted.
