The event is rain or shine. In case of high winds, some activities may be suspended. Refunds are rare and at management's discretion; cancellations will be posted online and on the phone recording.

The event is not recommended for small children due to its intense nature, including complete darkness, sudden loud noises, and frightening themes. Parental discretion is advised.
